PROCEDURE

Blank Samples can be purchased at the discounted price listed on the website.

 

Samples can be returned for full credit o the cost of the merchandise.


We also offer a small discount on samples to help offset shipping costs. Please use Promo Code SAMPLES at checkout to receive your discount. (Can not be used in conjunction with Free Shipping Offers)


Samples are defined as a few pieces used for sizing purposes or for use in the inspection of the garment.

POLICY

If an Order is Not Placed After Ordering Samples:

Samples can be returned.

Any applicable restock fees will be waived provided the customer used discounted shipping promo code SAMPLES at checkout.


Customer is responsible for shipping cost.

If an Order is Placed After Ordering Samples:

If your order is for blank uniforms, many customers decide to keep the samples and place the remainder of their team order separately.

If your order requires decorating (i.e., numbering, team names, etc..) many customers send the samples back to All Sports Uniforms Service Center to be decorated or for full credit of the cost of the samples.

 

Customer is responsible for shipping cost. We do not refund shipping.

If an order is not placed After Ordering Samples:

Send your unwanted items to the address below.

 

We must receive within 25 calendar days of purchase.

 

Include your name, contact phone # and email address. We must be able to identify the package in order to issue proper credit.

Credit will be issued on the credit card that was used to purchase the merchandise.

We are not responsible for merchandise that is not received at the address listed above. 

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered & not decorated.

If sending via US POST OFFICE we recommend sending with PROOF OF DELIVERY signature required.
